The Terms and Conditions that apply will be specific to the type of service being provided by Go Global. This will be defined in  the contract for the service entered into with Go Global  or as per Agreement.  The normal terms and conditions that relate to domestic or international carriage of goods, and any other terms required by law, where not specifically excluded, will apply.
